Cancellation and Refund Policy

We aim to handle cancellations fairly while keeping club events viable.

Cancel your registration

You can cancel through the event page while logged in. Please cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend so the place can be offered to another player.

If the club cancels

If the club cancels an event, any fee paid specifically for that event will be refunded or, with your agreement, credited to a future event. We will use the contact information on your account to provide updates where practical.

If you cancel

The website does not currently take online payments. If you have prepaid directly to the club, contact us promptly. We will consider a refund or credit based on the notice given, costs already committed and any exceptional circumstances. Any rights you have under New Zealand law continue to apply.

Event changes

If an event is materially rescheduled or moved and you can no longer attend, contact us to request a refund or credit for any event-specific fee already paid.

Requesting a refund

Email hello@example.com with your name, event and payment details. Please do not send card or banking passwords by email.
