Before your first event

Can complete beginners attend?

Yes. Look for events marked Beginner, or contact the club if you are unsure.

Can one parent book several children?

Yes. Create one family account, add each child as a player in Dashboard, then choose the player when registering.

Do we need to bring a chess set?

Check the Equipment and What to bring sections on the event page. Requirements may differ by event.

How do I cancel?

Open the event from My Bookings and cancel the relevant player. Please cancel as early as possible.

How are fees paid?

The current website does not collect online payments. Follow the pricing instructions on the event page or contact the club.

Where can I see results?

Past event results are available to signed-in members. Player names are not shown to anonymous visitors.
